La Voz Positiva wanted to move from posting on social to building its own media platform—on the ground, community-driven, and focused on amplifying what works.

We joined at the spark: project and business strategy, narrative and formats, a redesign of the visual system, and the website. Today it’s a living platform, with clear revenue paths and communications that invite people to join and multiply the impact.
